Secondary Ability: Shapeshifting: He can shapeshift into the form of a black rat. Of course, he is no ordinary rat... he still retains his fairly sharp wolf teeth and strange saliva that can cause terrible disease and sickness if it is absorbed into another's body. His disease-causing saliva is present in both his wolf and rat form and affects all wolves differently although it tends to have no effect on other Death wolves.

Overview: Tsuttar is a lithe, scruffy wolf. His fur looks matted, dirty, and unkempt all the time and just looking at him you know he's littered in fleas. He's very thin and it's obvious that he's not a wolf you want on your side in a fair fight, not only is he cowardly but he's not very strong. His only asset in a fight it his saliva which is unnaturally thick and colored green. This thick green liquid has enough bacteria to make a wolf deathly ill for weeks though its effect is weakened dramatically in Dark and Fire wolves and is nonexistent in Death wolves. Tsuttar has strangely shaped teeth with no molars for grinding, only sharp canines all the way around in his mouth with four prominent canines at the front (one of which permanently sticks outside of his mouth) and while these make it more difficult for him to chew his food they are exemplary at grabbing onto things and holding them while his bacteria infects his victims.

Tsuttar resembles a rat quite a lot. His paws are pink and while they aren't bald, they are a little more flattened than a normal wolf's and the claws on them are very good at grabbing onto things and climbing. He has a long tail that is completely bald and his eyes have black sclera while his irises are a bright pink. His fur is a dark gray color, a color that he retains in his shift, and along his matted body are scars and at his head are two ears that have been badly chewed upon by his fellows.

As a rat he retains his matted appearance and fur color as well as the pink eyes and teeth. His saliva still stays a thick and green and is just as deadly while his element symbol seems to disappear. In size as a rat he is 8 inches long and weighs about a pound.

Personality:

• Loyal: If there's one thing that Tsuttar is it's loyal. Now, he won't lay down his life for anyone else (he's too cowardly for that) but if he sees you as a strong leader he will follow you to the ends of the earth. He'll do anything (so long as it doesn't involve him dying or getting into too many fights) you want him to do with minimal complaints. He'll even tell you anything you want to hear! He's the perfect lackey for any guy... so long as you prove to him that you aren't weak and are higher ranked than him.
  
• Attentive: Being a scout, Tsuttar has an eye for detail. He notices things that others probably wouldn't and though he might not know what to do once noticing them, he knows that he should report said things so his superiors can make the decisions. This being said, he isn't the best at noticing other's feelings and sometimes says things he shouldn't and usually gets his ears chewed (figuratively and literally) because of it.
  
• Cowardly: One thing this wolf will not do is jump into a battle first, nor will he offer his services for a rescue mission... Quite the opposite. If he can he will weasel his way out of any situation with conflict that he can. In high pressure situations he generally breaks down into a whimpering mess and will try to hide behind any larger wolves that he can. His number one priority is self-preservation and anyone in cahoots with him should always remember that. Of course... he can always be bullied into doing things that he normally wouldn't.
  
• Submissive: Tsuttar has always been and always will be a weak wolf that bows to the will of those stronger. At first, when meeting someone new or someone he thinks can be bullied he will act tough and mean but as soon as you prove that you won't be bullied by him his facade breaks down. He shows his true colors as a sniveling coward and so long as you remind him that you are the leader he will become one of your most loyal friends.
  
• Simple: Tsuttar is not the smartest wolf in the pack... far from it. It takes him longer to put two things together. Also with this he sometimes says things that he shouldn't simply because he doesn't think about what he's saying, it just slips out. This has caused a lot of problems between him and others but all it takes is a little reminder (usually a bite or a swat to the face by others) to make him apologize and realize what he's done wrong.

Overview: Tsuttar had a pretty unspectacular life. His only noteworthy achievement was becoming a scout because of his ability and his knack for noticing things. He was also best friends with Kaiiu who later became the pack's alpha so he sometimes reaps perks from that.
