Midnight of Sierra, was a plan hatched by the one and only Thunder, back in early 2011. She had just began to get involved in online rpg's and had literally just closed the first one she had opened.
The idea for MoS came from a book that Thunder had read, and the name Midnight of Sierra just sort of fell into place.
She spent about 6 months putting together the plans for the original, and then launched it in the middle of 2012. It flourished almost immediately, and there were several active members, but before long Thunder's idea's had started to take root again, and she shut it down, to make a new site altogether, using the same principals just a major overhaul of appearance.
She opened it back up in 2013, and worked hard to build it to a running, workable site. It went through two more major overhauls before she settled in to let it stay.
At the end of 2013, Thunder started getting really sick, and had to leave the site for almost 6 months worth of time, while on bedrest trying to heal. Obviously when she returned there was nothing left. So she just shut it all down, and left it.
Never intending to re-open it at the time.
As time passed the ache to once again, to overhaul Sierra and make it allot more professional and user friendly then re-open struck.
She kept pushing it away, until the middle of 2014, when she started re-vamping things, and setting up a whole new site.
