Created: when was the companion created? the age of the wolf when they created the Companion goes here
Gender: Companion's gender
Element: will be the same as the wolf
Secondary Ability: whatever, special ability your Companion has please place here. Such as a Fire Elements, secondary ability could be to control Lava. That would be what that rabbit excelled at. Can be left blank.
Classification: are they Free-Roaming or Bonded?

Coat Color: the colors that they have in their coat.
Markings: any notable markings?
Eye Color: their eye color
Element Symbol: what is their element symbol and its location? if they have none then put "none or n/a" Companions are not required to have Element Symbols
Extra: anything extra that needs mentioning like scars, jewelry, etc.
Overview: describe your character's appearance in a decent paragraph (5 sentences)
